Mr. Sato has earned recognition for his
exceptional artistry and virtuosity. Since
his debut as soloist with the Philadelphia
Orchestra when he was 10, he has
performed with major orchestras throughout the world including
the Berlin Deutsche Oper, the Hamburg and Copenhagen Symphonies,
the Mariinsky Theater Orchestra, Orchertre Philharmonic de Radio
France, Gulbenkian Orchestra and in the U.S. with the Minnesota
Orchestra, Rochester Philharmonic and the National, Baltimore,
Seattle and Syracuse Symphonies. As a recitalist, he has been
welcomed on stages throughout Europe,
the United States and Aisa. Sato plays the ‘Booth’
Stradivarius of 1716
by the gracious loan of the Nippon Music Foundation.
